· All rentals are in hour increments.
· A rental is not confirmed until payment is received and the contract is executed.
· Payment is by credit card only. A credit card is held until 48 hours after the event. If any damages or additional fees are assessed after the event, the appropriate fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
CHARLES JONES HALL
The Magnolia Library Center is the perfect location for your next private party or event. Host your wedding reception, birthday party or anniversary party in our recently renovated facility.
The Charles Jones Hall is located on the first floor of the building and can be used for all types of functions and is most popular for weddings, showers, graduations, christenings, communions, birthday parties, sports banquets, meetings, Easter, Halloween and Christmas parties. (*Please note: Helium balloons are not allowed)
Holding a fundraiser? The Hall is the perfect setting to accommodate your needs.
The room is available 7 days a week at the rates below. Contact the Library for more details.
Maximum of 80 People
Monday – Thursday: $150 for 2 hours. $25 for each additional hour.
Friday – Sunday: $400 for 4 hours. $50 for each additional hour.
Monday - Thursday: 501(c)3 Non Profits, Schools, and Community Groups can rent the gym for $100 for 2 hours. $25 for each additional hour.
Event Rental Add-ons:
Table Linens (white): $150 (minimum); includes up to 10 tables. $15 for each additional tablecloth.
Beverage Table: $50 Bar height chiller table with a white skirt. Ice is not included.
Formal Event Add-ons:
For some events, elegance is essential.
Floral Centerpieces: $75 ea. (5 pc. minimum order)

White Ceiling Draping w/ Chandelier: $350
If you cancel your reservation with AT LEAST 21 days' notice to MLCC staff, a 50% refund will be offered. All bookings are non refundable if cancelled within 21 days of the date reserved.
The Richardson Suite is also available for rent, but only for sit-down meetings and small conferences (board meetings, Scout gatherings, instructional courses, etc.).
Richardson Suite 2023-2024 Rental Rates
Friday – Sunday & Holidays
$200 for 3 hours, minimum.$50 each additional hour.
1 Free Setup Hour for weekend/holiday rentals
Monday – Thursday
$100 for 2 hours, minimum. $25 for each additional hour.
501(c) Non-Profits/Schools/Community Groups: $70 for 2 hours, minimum. $25 for each additional hour. Monday - Thursday only.
MLCC Members receive 1 free hour with each 3-hour rental of the suite (plus the free weekend setup hour, if applicable)

Nonprofits save an additional 5%.

HALL RENTAL PROCESS
In order to begin the rental process for Charles Jones Hall, please check the Rental Calendar below to check if your date is available, then contact us to schedule your event. After submitting your rental request, please allow us 48 hours to review your request and respond.
Please note: Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. Rentals are not finalized until we receive your payment and the booking is confirmed by our rental coordinator.
