*Please note: We regret to inform our renters that we will no longer be able to allow guests to bring in helium balloons. We have a new sprinkler system and soon a new boiler and heating system, and in order for these systems to operate effectively, we have installed ceiling fans in Jones Hall. The fans must be on when the heat is on, and if balloons get loose and tangled in the fans, the resulting malfunction could cause a fire hazard. For this reason, effective immediately, cannot allow helium balloons in Jones Hall. We thank you for your full cooperation with this new policy.
