The Magnolia Library Center located @ 1 Lexington Ave., is pleased to announce two rooms available for rent on a daily basis.

The Edward C. Richardson Suite is located on the second floor of the building and has a capacity for forty guests. This room has a sink, air conditioning and heat. It has a lovely Half moon window that is original to the building. It is carpeted and better suited for meetings and small functions such as showers, teas, yoga, & wedding rehearsal dinners. There is no kitchen or rest rooms on the second floor. This room is not handicapped accessible. The room is available seven days a week at the rate of $35.00 for members, $45.00 for non-members.

The Charles Jones Hall is located on the first floor of the building. The room has a Capacity for 100 guests and can be used for all types of functions. There have been Weddings, showers, graduations, christenings, communions, sports banquets, meetings, Easter, Halloween, Christmas parties, along with many fund raising activities for local organizations & birthday parties for all ages. The room can also be used for sports activities such as basketball, dance lessons etc. The location is the city polling place for all elections in Ward 5 Precinct 1. The room is unique in the fact, the inside walls are shingled. There are restrooms, kitchen, and it is handicapped accessible. There is also heat and air conditioning. The room is available seven days a weeks, the rates are as follows: Members - Monday thru Thursday $55.00 Friday thru Sunday $150.00 Non - Members - Monday thru Thursday $85.00 Friday thru Sunday $200.00

The John Benotti Library is also available for rent for small meetings, the rate is: Sunday - Saturday $25.00.

The rentals are daily rates. We do not rent by the hour. If the renter wants to set up their function a day earlier that will be considered another day of rental and the renter will be charged for the day. Member rates apply to dues paying member of six months or more and are in good standing. All renters are responsible for the removal of trash and food from the premise.
